All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. During this period, you can test all features without any charge. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be billed.

Subscription Refund Policy

Azalea Gate provides a comprehensive 14-day refund window for all initial subscription payments following any applicable trial period. To formally request a refund, please contact our support team via our official Discord server or through email correspondence.

Following the expiration of the 14-day guarantee window, subscriptions are considered non-refundable for the duration of the current billing period. Users maintain the right to cancel at any time, retaining continued access to services until the conclusion of their billing cycle.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription anytime from the Dashboard > Billing section. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
